While some brands may have earlier offered technical support assistance, SoftwarePM no longer provides human staffed technical support directly to customers. As of 2018 organizational restructuring aligned resources to focus on software development and maintenance. Written usage guides and technical manuals remain available as self service resources.
For some SoftwarePM brands, such as productPM, resellers may choose to offer technical support services to their customers. productPM resellers are independent; and SoftwarePM does not provide, maintain, supervise, or guarantee quality of technical support indirectly from resellers to their end user customers.
